Lift Tickets
5 Days Included
- 5-day lift ticket (good for 5 of 7 days) is included in base price; alternate options available upon request.
  
  No lift ticket: Deduct $770 from package price.
  
  6-day lift ticket: Add $125 to package price.
  
  4-day lift ticket: Deduct $130 from package price.
- Ikon Pass holders can ski all days their passes permit access without purchase of lift ticket.
  
  Note: Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is only available to Ikon Pass holders that have either the Base Pass Plus or “Full” Ikon Pass. Base Pass holders must upgrade their pass to either of those
  options in order to use their pass at JHMR.
  
  Note: Jackson Hole Mountain Resort requires Ikon Pass holders reserve their days in advance; this can be done via the Ikon Pass website or app. Notice will be provided to attendees when this option becomes available in advance of the 2024-2025 ski season.
  
  Note: If using an Ikon Pass for lift access, please provide your pass number to the trip lead as this will count towards our required minimum ticket purchases.
- Due to the high lift ticket pricing for this trip, the club is recommending any attendees consider the purchase of an Ikon Pass for the 2024-2025 season should they intend on any additional personal ski trips to other applicable resorts. Pass purchases made through https://www.ski.com/season-passes?ls=12077 will count towards our required minimums and possible trip credits for the club.

- Exact flight itinerary is subject to change; any information on flight changes will be distributed by trip lead as soon as it is known.
Ground Transportation
Ground transportation from to and from Jackson Hole Airport is provided. If
you are arranging your own flight, please arrive at the same time or prior to group flight; delays for self-arranged airfare will not be accommodated and traveler will be responsible for their own transportation to the 49er.
Ground Activities
A minimum of one group dinner and a group après ski event will be provided with
times and locations TBD.
Travel Insurance
Insurance is not included in the price of the trip and can be purchased from an
insurance company of your choice. If purchasing travel insurance please thoroughly review the terms and conditions of the policy or contract your insurer in order to ensure appropriate coverage/applicability.
Cancellation Policies
- Airfare is refundable until Sep 15 if it does not reduce the group’s bookings to less than 10 seats. Between Sep 15 and Nov 25, cancellations may be subject to a $250 fee. Airfare cancellations after Nov 25 are non-refundable, with no exceptions.
- Lodging is refundable until November 25 if it does not reduce the group’s confirmed bookings to less than 10 rooms / 20 guests. Lodging is non-refundable with no exceptions after November 25.
- Lift tickets are refundable less a $75 processing fee until Dec 12. After Dec 12, lift tickets are non-refundable unless a medical/doctor’s note is provided.

Payment

Reservations are accepted on a first-come basis and require deposits. All payments must be made on schedule. This trip requires a $800 per person deposit by August 30th 2024 and the balance paid in full by November 11, 2024.
