Bormio is known as the Wellness Mountain due to the nine natural thermal spas and three spa centers in town. Bormio offers the greatest skiable vertical drop in Italy: lifts that take you over 3,000 meters with a vertical drop of >1 mile. Skiing for both expert and beginner skiers. We will be staying at a 4* Hotel with breakfast and dinner provided daily. After a week of skiing we will visit Milan for two days.

Lodging
BORMIO LODGING: 4* Hotel San Lorenzo (7 nights, Feb 8-15)

Included in the price:
- Breakfast buffet
- Five course menu with choice of four first courses, four second courses, and a variety of side dishes. Vegetable buffet offering fresh, grilled, and steamed vegetables as well as imaginative dishes prepared by the chef. Confectionery buffet prepared by the hotel’s confectionery chef.

MILAN LODGING (2 nights, Feb 15-17)

We will be staying at the 3 star Hotel Sant Ambrogio located in Milan Centre. This hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Leonardo da Vinci Museum of Science and Technology and Santa Maria delle Grazie. Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and Castello Sforzesco are also within 1 mi (2 km). Santa Maria delle Grazie - Cenacolo Vinciano Tram Stop is 5 minutes by foot and Sant'Ambrogio Station is 5 minutes. Daily breakfast is included.
Lift Tickets
The lift ticket allows you to ski in 3 different ski areas for a total of 110 km of ski slopes:
- Santa Caterina (7 lifts and 35 km of slopes), a white paradise nestled in the Stelvio
  National Park
- Bormio (14 lifts and 50 km of slopes), the ultimate summit-to-base ski run in the Alps. In
  the legend of world skiing since 1985 (and venue that will host the 2026 Winter Olympics)
- Cima Piazzi-San Colombano (10 lifts and 25 km of slopes), the family-sized ski area
  The three ski areas are connected by a ski bus service (free for ski pass holders) which
  allows you to reach the ski resorts quickly.
Lift tickets are not included in the cost of the trip. A 5-day adult lift ticket cost 271 Euro and seniors pay 216 Euro.

Travel Insurance
Insurance is not included in the price of the trip and can be purchased from an insurance company of your choice. Most insurance companies offer two types of insurance, Standard Travel Insurance Policy or Cancel For Any Reason Insurance Policy (CFAR Insurance)

Force Majeure Policies
Hotels and Resorts also have Force Majeure policies – if the hotels were to be shut down again and not opened they would refund lodging payments in full. If they are opened but a guest chooses not to travel they would not refund. Force Majeure also covers the majority of refunds for air, transfers, and other portions of the package.

OTHER CANCELATION INFORMATION:

Airfare:
1. Cancel 31 days prior to departure is a $100/seat penalty
2. Cancelation within 30 days of flight – 100% penalty
3. Complete name change after ticketing is considered a cancelation

Lodging
1. Cancel by October 15 and pay $100/person
2. Cancel by December 4 and pay $900/person
3. Cancel by January 1,2025 and pay a 100% penalty

Payment

Reservations are accepted on a first-come basis and require deposits. All payments must be made on schedule. This trip requires a $750 per person deposit by September 1 and a final payment by December 1.
