The Dolomites Val Gardena / Alpe di Siusi ski area is part of the Dolomiti Superski (1200km of slopes), a work-famous network of 12 ski areas that you can access with one ski pass. Val Gardena has 181km of slopes and 79 lifts and offers the perfect ski holiday. We will be staying at a 4* Hotel Antares with breakfast and dinner provided daily. After a week of skiing we will visit Venice for two days with a stay at the 4* Hotel Bologna

Lodging
Val Gardena
We will be staying at the 4 star Hotel Antares, which includes the following amenities:
- A daily breakfast and a 3-course dinner
- After ski soup/snack provided from 3-5
- Wellness area, pool, boot dryer
- 200 yards from the lifts (Sella Rhonda)
- Rooms with Wi-Fi, TV, mini bar, hair dryer

Venice

We will be staying at the 4 star Hotel Bologna in Venice Mestre, which is directly next to the train station and is a 10 minute train ride to the center of Venice. It is also only 15 minutes from the airport for the early morning flight departure. Daily breakfast is included.

Single supplements are limited and must be approved by the tour operator prior to final confirmation.
Lift Tickets
Lift tickets are not included in the cost of the trip. In 2023 a 5-day lift ticket cost 257 Euro and seniors get a ~10% discount. A 5-day for lift ticket for Dolomiti SuperSki/Val Gardena is included with the 2023/24 Ikon base pass.

Flight numbers and times subject to change – most up to date schedule will be sent with final trip details approximately 3 weeks prior travel. One carry-on and one free checked bag (up to 50 lbs) included.

Federal, state, and local governments, as well as airlines, may impose additional airport, passenger facility charges, fuel surcharges or other taxes at any time. In the unlikely event that this occurs the cost of the trip may increase accordingly.

Deduct $800 from trip price if providing own air. This option is only available to attendees traveling from outside the Washington/Baltimore area.
Ground Transportation
Ground transportation from Venice Airport to Val Gardena, Val Gardena to Hotel Bologna, and Hotel Bologna to Venice Airport is included
Travel Insurance
Insurance is not included in the price of the trip and can be purchased from an insurance company of your choice. Most insurance companies offer two types of insurance, Standard Travel Insurance Policy or Cancel For Any Reason Insurance Policy (CFAR Insurance)

Force Majeure Policies
Hotels and Resorts also have Force Majeure policies – if the hotels were to be shut down again and not opened they would refund lodging payments in full. If they are opened but a guest chooses not to travel they would not refund. Force Majeure also covers the majority of refunds for air, transfers, and other portions of the package.

OTHER CANCELATION INFORMATION:

Airfare:
1. Cancel by January 1 and receive 50% refund on airfare
2. Cancelation fee after February 1 is 100%
3. After January 20 there is a fee to make name changes.
Lodging
1. Cancel by December 15 and receive a full refund on lodging
2. Cancel by January 15 and pay a 30% penalty
3. Cancel by February 1 and pay a 50% penalty
4. From 31 days prior to departure lodging is non-refundable

Payment

Reservations are accepted on a first-come basis and require deposits. All payments must be made on schedule. This trip requires a $500 per person deposit by September 15, $1000 deposit by December 1, and a final payment by January 1.
