• LIFT TICKETS: 
  • 5-day lift ticket (good for 5 of 6 days) is included; lift ticket is good at each of the Ski Big 3 resorts (Sunshine, Lake Louise, Mt. Norquay).
    • For 4-day lift ticket, deduct $25 from package price.
    • For 6-day lift ticket, add $80 to package price.
    • No lift ticket: Deduct $375 from package price.
  • Ikon Pass holders can ski all days their passes permit access without purchase of lift ticket.

• Ground-only (no airfare) package: deduct $475 from package price.
  • NOTE: This option is only allowable for attendees that are not local to the Baltimore/Washington area.
• Baggage fees are not included and must be paid separately by the traveler.
• Group airfare requires passport information to be collected by the trip at a future point.

Ground transportation from to and from Calgary International Airport is provided. If you are arranging your own flight, please arrive at the same time or prior to group flight; delays for self-arranged airfare will not be accommodated and traveler will be responsible for their own transportation to the Fairmont Banff Springs.

A minimum of a welcome reception upon arrival at the Fairmont Banff Springs, one group dinner, and a group après ski event will be provided with times and locations TBD.

Insurance is not included in the price of the trip and can be purchased from an insurance company of your choice.  If purchasing travel insurance please thoroughly review the terms & conditions of the policy or contract your insurer in order to ensure appropriate coverage/applicability.

• Airfare is refundable until Dec 18 if it does not reduce the group’s bookings to less than 10 seats. Airfare is non-refundable with no exceptions after December 18.
• Lodging is refundable until November 27 if it does not reduce the group’s confirmed bookings to less than 10 rooms / 20 guests. Lodging is non-refundable with no exceptions after November 27.
• Lift tickets are refundable less a $45 processing fee until Dec 12. After Dec 12, lift tickets are non-refundable unless a medical/doctor’s note is provided.
