• Exact flight itinerary is subject to change; any information on flight changes will be distributed by trip lead as soon as it is known.

Ground transportation from to and from Jackson Hole Airport is provided. If
you are arranging your own flight, please arrive at the same time or prior to group flight; delays for self-arranged airfare will not be accommodated and traveler will be responsible for their own transportation to the 49er.

A minimum of one group dinner and a group après ski event will be provided with
times and locations TBD.

Insurance is not included in the price of the trip and can be purchased from an
insurance company of your choice. If purchasing travel insurance please thoroughly review the terms and conditions of the policy or contract your insurer in order to ensure appropriate coverage/applicability.

• Airfare is refundable until Sep 15 if it does not reduce the group’s bookings to less than 10 seats. Between Sep 15 and Nov 25, cancellations may be subject to a $250 fee. Airfare cancellations after Nov 25 are non-refundable, with no exceptions.
• Lodging is refundable until November 25 if it does not reduce the group’s confirmed bookings to less than 10 rooms / 20 guests. Lodging is non-refundable with no exceptions after November 25.
• Lift tickets are refundable less a $75 processing fee until Dec 12. After Dec 12, lift tickets are non-refundable unless a medical/doctor’s note is provided.
